Individual Counselling

I currently offer virtual sessions for anyone in British Columbia as well as in-person sessions for people living in the Sea to Sky corridor. I work with individuals from youth (18+) to elders supporting you to understand your experiences and yourself better. Using evidence-based psychological theory and personal connection we co-create a safe space to explore feelings, build self-compassion, and develop personal resources to support living well.
